How do I pay?

Interac e-Transfer only. After you place an order you'll get an order reference — send the exact total via e-Transfer to orders@valtoralabs.com using that reference as the message.

How fast do orders ship?

Same-day fulfillment when payment is confirmed before 3pm ET. All packages ship discreetly Canada-wide.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently Canada only.

Are these products for human use?

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human consumption, therapeutic, veterinary, or diagnostic use.

What's your refund policy?

If a batch tests below 99% purity, or your package is lost/damaged/stolen in transit, we reship or refund at no cost.
